              POST-DOCTORAL POSITION ON FUSE DATA ANALYSIS


A post-doctoral position will be available to work on FUSE data at
the Institut d'Astrophysique de Paris, France (http://www.iap.fr).
The position duration is expected to be one year, renewable twice.
The starting date is mid-2006.

The candidate is expected to conduct her/his own research program in
interaction with the group working with FUSE data at IAP.  The
interests of the group include interstellar matter, circumstellar
disks, stellar physics, blue compact dwarf galaxies, extrasolar
planets. The candidate is also expected to assist other researchers at
IAP and more generaly in France to have access to FUSE observations
and to perform data analysis.

FUSE is a NASA/CSA/CNES astrophysics mission that was launched in 1999
to explore the Universe using spectroscopy in the far-ultraviolet
(http://fuse.iap.fr).  Additional informations can be asked to Alfred
