at the end of this email there is a synthesis of the announcement for 15 postdoc
positions issued by INAF. 2 of them are for optical/IR interferometry.

INAF, the Italian National Institute for Astrophysics, which includes all
italian non-university astrophysical institutes (including Observatories like
Arcetri), has issued a call for 15 Postdocs positions related to the
following topics:
n. 10 for general astrophysical projects
n. 2 for radio interferometry and ALMA
n. 2 for optical/IR interferometry
n. 1 for adaptive optics
All applicants must present a detailed research project and indicate the INAF
institute where they wish to work. To this regards, applications must also
include a letter of acceptance by the director of the proposed institution. In
the same letter the name of the supervisor must be indicated.
Each postdoc position is for 1 year with a gross salary of 30.000 Euros (for
applicants residing out of Italy).
The postdoc position might be extended for an additional year based on money
availability and on the scientifc results obtained in the first year.
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
1) Age less than 35
2) Valid PhD in a subject closely related to Astronomy & Astrophysics.
Deadline for application is March 30.
The application muct include:
1) CV with publication list
2) detailed research program to be conducted in specified INAF institute
3) 2 reference letters in closed envelopes
4) acceptance letter by the INAF institute director where the proposed reasearch
is to be conducted
