Dear fellows,

A group of researchers has launched an initiative for European
Research, to claim an explicit and ambitious scientific policy
for the new 25-state Union.

The basic claim is to ground an European Research Council, able
to propose a scientific policy and to evaluate research at an
European scale.

You may read the text (and sign it in case you agree) on:

http://fer.apinc.org/

A useful action would also be to forward it to other potentially
interested colleagues.

Best regards,
